Front-Row Fashion and Honors at ‘EXCELERATEher’ Conference 2024: Kim Blackwell Stuns in Dolce & Gabbana, Tabitha Brown Shines in Farm Rio, Kéla Walker Dazzles in Zara, Bevy Smith Commands in L’AGENCE & More!

The EXCELERATEher conference kicked off this week at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, bringing together some of the most influential business leaders, CEOs, and female entrepreneurs for an inspiring and dynamic event.

Founded by Kim Blackwell, the leadership summit returned for its second year, bigger and better than before. With a variety of engaging sessions and activations, the conference aimed to motivate attendees to unlock their full potential.

This year, actress and Emmy-winning host Tabitha Brown was honored with the Vanguard Award for her groundbreaking contributions to the entertainment industry. Both she and Blackwell embraced the Miami vibe with vibrant, printed maxi dresses—Blackwell in a stunning Dolce & Gabbana gown and Brown in a chic off-the-shoulder Farm Rio dress.

Fashion was a highlight of the event, with notable attendees showcasing their style. Fashion blogger and seven-time Emmy-nominated TV host and producer Kéla Walker dazzled in a nude sequined Zara dress with a sheer hem and metallic accessories. Style expert J. Bolin was spotted catching up with TV personality Bevy Smith, who looked fabulous in a purple and yellow L’AGENCE dress paired with a yellow Valentino handbag.

Adding to the excitement, designers Bruce & Glen, whose fashion line is featured at Fashion Bomb Daily Shop, brought their signature bold style and positive energy with a pop-up shop catering to fashion-forward attendees. Journalist and NAACP Image Award-nominated host Gia Peppers also made a statement in a silk ensemble, pairing a white iridescent top with orange silk trousers and nude embellished sandals.

Guests arrived in their best looks, proving that a conference can be both professional and stylish. If you’re looking for outfit inspiration for your next event, this year’s EXCELERATEher conference was a masterclass in fashion and empowerment.
